India's Orangutan are going to the Grand Finals.
After 12 matches across Group A at the Esports World Cup in Paris, the Indian roster closed out the group in second place with 91 points enough to earn direct qualification to the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 Grand Finals, skipping the Survival Stage entirely.
It's a result that's been a long time coming for Indian PUBG Mobile.

How They Got There
Group A had no margin for error. Sixteen teams, five direct Grand Finals spots, three eliminations. Everyone in between goes to the Survival Stage for one last shot. In that kind of format, you can't afford to coast and Orangutan didn't.

Why This One Feels Different
