Under the partnership, KADP India will handle advertising inventory planning and design, campaign delivery, optimization, and operational management for BGMI, backed by NEPTUNE's proprietary ad-tech platform and its local operations team.

Where KADP India Comes From

KADP India is the Indian subsidiary of NEPTUNE, a South Korea-based advertising technology company that KRAFTON acquired a majority stake in during April 2025. KADP India itself was established in April 2026 to serve as the company's strategic vehicle for delivering advertising technology and operations in the Indian market.

Starting with BGMI, KADP India will manage advertising operations for the game. Launched by KRAFTON in 2021, BGMI has accumulated more than 260 million cumulative users.

BGMI has previously collaborated with brands including Royal Enfield, Mahindra, Hero MotoCorp, and PepsiCo. KADP India cites these gaming-led brand integrations as examples of how such partnerships can deliver measurable real-world business outcomes.

How KADP India Says It's Approaching Ads

KADP India says its goal is to help brands engage India's rapidly expanding digital audience through differentiated, data-driven advertising solutions, while preserving the authenticity and engagement players expect.

Krishna Kant Singh, Sales Lead at KADP India, said the company's vision is to transform advertising from an interruption into a meaningful part of the player experience, creating value for brands while preserving the authenticity and engagement players expect from gaming.

The company will leverage NEPTUNE's proprietary ad-tech platform and advertising expertise as it develops its operations in India.

What Comes After BGMI

Starting with BGMI, KADP India says it plans to expand its partnerships to a range of premium digital media platforms across India, with the aim of building a premium advertising ecosystem in the country.

The company also aims to enable brands to engage India's rapidly expanding digital audience through differentiated, data-driven advertising solutions that deliver measurable campaign performance, while establishing itself as a leading premium ad-tech provider in the Indian market.

For now, BGMI is KADP India's first major engagement in the Indian market, according to the announcement.
